If the receiver is more than 3 times your size .. don't send .. you will get plundered.
according to this:
0-2.99x prestige = 0% losses
3-4.99x prestige = 46% losses
5-6.99x prestige = 73% losses
7-8.99x prestige = 86% losses
9+x prestige = 93% losses
You can always send to someone smaller than you.
Instead send with hero and 1 minute camp time, you might not get plundered
