If you want to know at what attack you will get 1 sec archer

lets put 'Hero attack' at 600 with 'Military science' at 10

For Archers

You can see Archer 'Time' is 6 seconds and 'Next level' is at 602
'Next level' means that at 602 attack Archer training time will be decreased by 1 sec. which will be 5 secs

Next time put Hero attack at 602 'Next level' is 638 takes 4secs
Then
682 3secs
740 2secs
821 1sec
959 0sec instant archers

Base = 605 - 527 = 78
1526 - 78 = 1448
so, A1526 will be at L1448 for mine without Excalibur
